Did you mean AMNP? It already is a empty shell. guyer is proposing merging with another no income, no anything shell. guyer's going to need his back up plan soon.
Yep, 2 no income, non producing shells combining into a new no income shell should hold guyer and rice and fearn with paychecks for another couple of years maybe. Part of the plan. Otherwise, why even mention a merge if guyer wasn't setting the bait.
