One thing you might try with your dd re naked shorts scare in combination with the SEC update suspending forced buyin, is contact chtv here....I caught a link on tv yesterday evening, a segment called "urked" where "the little fella" is being screwed over by somebody.

He follows up on them, trying to help the person being screwed. Maybe worth a try... the address given was urked@chtv.ca

just suggestion if ya wanna get proactive. P.
