Well if the company does indeed have an actual phone, and are indeed in talks with vodafone and t-mobile... Then yes, I think .10+ is possible. If not, and its just a promotion to dump shares, I think .03- .045 is possible on pure speculation alone and thats probably it. I've seen a few companies run on pure speculation and not have a real product.
