Don't know anything about Dean's current status with TRAB. I assume he probably is still a consultant to the company as lined out in his consulting agreement, which was published along the the recent 8k filing from May 25th.

BTW, Kelly signed the announcement regarding the Board resignation. Dean signed the Exhibit 101, which is the consulting agreement between TRAB and Dean's company DBI, LLC. Please correct me if I am wrong here.
