There is no a priori reason for a run right now. I think this is bored/scared/frustrated selling. KBLB has been stagnant for much longer than a stock in this price range normally is, and people on the short-end of trading don't hang around for months for the PR they're waiting for. The faithful are sticking around (wise or unwise as it may be) but it's due to the knowledge the the tech is sound, and the hope that the subsequent business will be too.
