anyone else out there with JBII shares
having any proxy issues > re: VOTING

just my experience >> but we hold JBII
shares in 6 accts >> 4 kids >> 1 joint via fidelity
and 1 acct >> SDA 401k acct with JP MORGAN

i rec'd in 4 electronic proxies >> from fidelity
but not the 5th >> and because they don't give
acct info with control no.s >> i couldn't match
which acct was which >> until this am >> it took
an hour

the acct that is MIA from fido >> was our joint acct
which holds *imo* a sizable amount of JBII shares

after 3 rounds of reps >> i have the control no. to vote
for our joint acct with fido

as for JP MORGAN >> (barf)

they are beyond clueless >> they think the control no.
comes from the co. (JBI)

round 3 >> undertaken again today >> again there is a
sizable amount of JBII shares *imo* >> at jp morgan

odd how both accts with shares of substance were MIA


i've sent all of this info >> onto IR

my suggestion for anyone else having a problem is to do the same
