penny, This has been trending down and this looks like a bottom or near one. China also has begun a stimulation program by reducing interest rates. You have to consider they can move 10% in a year. This causesa stock like this to move very quickly. Would not be surprised to see .03 this year.

NSS shorting that causes FTD's is against the law.
