JB brought up one point why the Fairhills deal was a good. In most deals like this you would have to give them the shares to sell first at a discount than after the shares were sold(which would lower the pps and hurt the shareholders) we than get the funds. With this deal we can control how we take the money out the higher the pps the fewer shares Fairhills recieves.
