.The biebs will not be promoting due to his rep and possibly promoting a product that might be out of business in month or two. Nuff said?

Your information is false, the rest is spec, allow this thought, there has been a disconnect with your source for some time, my source says the following.
There is an article in a "US Magazine"
Justin Bieber special edition "Inside my World"(August 2012). The kids face fills the cover on it, can't miss it. Saw it my self last week, (with some buying volume :)) My focus has been on the business aspect of this company, the spokesman has always been a given,. But any form of life is always good to see, with all the hush hush. A full mag of this kid. In the center of this mag are 2 pages of Justin Bieber with a title "How I Give Back", Pencils of Promise, etc, etc, WELL WOULDN'T CHA KNOW, SMACK DAB IN THE MIDDLE IS A GREAT LITTLE ARTICLE WITH A PIC OF DON'T TEXT AND DRIVE WITH A QUOTE FROM THIS KID, WITH DETAILS OF PHONEGUARD AND WHAT THE APP DOES. nowwwww,,, my own eyes say this statement above is a false, and seems lil emotional instead of straight to the biz, the "old IR" connection I'm assuming. Also, I'm not the only one who's seen it. Why no one has pasted it, like the fans here normally have done, not sure. So let the tide lead the way. In or out. This mag is on a shelf near you, till mid August.
Waiting on Cellairis, among other things!

Adverb:
In exactly the same words as were used originally: "recite the passage verbatim"; "verbatim quotes".

"Campaigning against texting while driving"
"Alot of teens text and drive, but so much harm can be done with it" Bieber tells US. To combat the dangerous practice, he encourages fans to download the free smartphone app PhoneGuard, which uses GPS to disable texting while driving more than 10 mph.
