The Stars Of Profitability May Be Aligning For Capstone Turbine..

"There is also some buyout potential here. While it's much more likely that the company would be bought out once it can demonstrate a profitable business plan, speculation has in the past looked toward General Electric (GE), being that Capstone already has a relationship with the company, while Caterpillar (CAT) and Cummins (CMI) have also popped up in conversation."..

I have enjoyed the GE buyout talk..but now grow weary of hearing about it..
I do agree that..profitable companies buy other profitable companies..but Capstone lost $30 million last year on $109 Million in revenue..today..at a $1.50 a share..buyer pays $450 Million..and $2.00 a share it would cost a buyer $600 Million..

GE is not going to buy Capstone just so shareholders can pay down their margin and take a field trip to DES MOINES ..

Should a buyout ever happen.. lets hope it's further down the road..
