Yes, the EOD phoney bologna is never something we want to see, but we had extremely low volume today, and a very tight trading range.

The 8-K still is not showing to some of the external sites (Marketwatch, etc.) but it should appear later in the day. People will go home and read about it tonight, and hopefully bring their wallets to the table tomorrow morning.
