Personally, I think you're panicking based on low volume downtrend. And Chiron is probably playing on your fears. CEO already indicated he would not issue any PR until there is some relevant news. As long as share structure remains unchanged, we're fine. And, CEO specifically stated he will not mess with the share structure. The current share price is a bargain, and people are crazy not to buy at these prices, given what is currently known.
