Just got back from the Chicago meeting....

Long time lurker, first time poster to the LBSR board, there's nothing new to report, not going to rehash all that's been mentioned from previous meetings, however some points that he made implicitly clear were as follows:

He likes the FH deal, and there is a possibility of extending the terms/draw downs, would be happy to use the funds along with PPs along the way, bottom line is the time to drill has arrived.

He mentioned that parties that previously were not interested are now interested in providing cash, but he is being cautious. He talked about the "verbal" Chinese offer to finance $200M drilling campaign if scout drilling verifies that the goods are there. He seemed confident about funds being available, but nothing is guaranteed at the moment in regards to the potential Chinese involvement. He also likes the idea of a Native Alaskan Indian entity being involved and is exploring that idea. LBSR seems to have a distinctly better relationship than NAK with the local native population.

Drilling at Big Chunk will happen BEFORE Sept 1.
Drilling at Tombstone sometime in October.
Drilling at North Pipes sometime in spring.

Hay Mountain itself is turning out to be another super project and could be as big as Big Chunk in scope and value. He himself was caught off guard by this, but was very pleased that so many promising targets were revealed.

There were about 17 people attending..and more than a few people walked away with paperwork for PPs and were asking questions.

JB knows his stuff, knows what he's doing, and I am ready for some major action over the next weeks/months/years. I walked away confident with the knowledge of knowing he is guiding the process and that we may within a short time be a company holding the worlds largest copper/gold deposits and will be amazed at remembering how I got into this for mere pennies smile Just hang on guys.... after a long time I think I can see that launch pad finally!
