A billion shares is a lot to change hands at any PPS level, and when you’re throw pennies into the mix, the task just went up, stress wise. Val ran up the OS; now let him bring it back down…and quickly. Easy to say that Val need money for this and that, but in so doing, you’ve just issued a blank check to a man who ran through 600 million shares of OTOW in about a year. I dare anyone to show where it all was spent.
My portfolio is down 47% today and Val is still missing deadlines and being quiet about a lot of stuff. 15 unfulfilled PR promises is what I keep getting shoved down my throat. That is a lot of promises!!!

I’ve said this, and will continue to say it…confidence goes down every time a PR is issued and nothing happens. You can only cry wolf so many times before the woodsman stops coming to the rescue. And when he does show up....Val dumps another boatload os shares into the market.

Some major shareholders is flipping this thing too!!!
