You certainly are correct when you say we don't know what will happen. CTIX will need to fund Pruruisol trials, that much is certain. It is also certain that they don't have the funds internally. Some sort of secondary offering is one way to fund the trials. Alternative funding may or may not be preferable, as it can be very dilutive and/or have too many strings attached.
