The last time I saw VFIN controlling the ask the bottom fell out and the company diluted 100 million shares.
Not saying that is going on here but I am very cautious when I see VFIN staying on the ask with that 5,000 shares ahead of everyone else.
Their share amount never changes even though they trade way over that.
