There is no HLNT JV with Dongfeng.

Never has been one. The deal is with Madami Int which the fraud felon HLNT CEO Robinson was with. Similar to the new sales agreement where any revenue will be run through a Robinson associated entity while HLNT shareholders get jobbed.

these dudes that inserted themselves without a company election are screwin shareholders everyway they can and still stay in business. That won't last much longer and they know it. The PWC run FORECLOSURE lawsuit is movin right along and HLNT has lost recourse when the lenders were dismissed from the Counter Claim.

Read the Dongfeng PR fellas. It says that a JV was inked. Doesn't say with who. I've challenged anyone to get a confirmation in writing from the Plumber/CEO put in place by Robinson. No takers yet and there will be none. The answer, better yet nonanswer would be too enlightenin. Let's see who the first one is to actually even ask the question most don't want answered. Hey Coats. Is HLNT e3ngaged in a signed JV agreement with Dongfeng? If so, put in in writing and send the email to anyone you choose to post it on this board. Pretty simple, right bro? You can end all speculation and claims about that JV with one email that will take about a minute to write. Do you like the facts to come out dude? You're callin yourself the CEO of HLNT. I say you're not because there was no election to place you in that position but you like to claim you're the CEO so put it in writing that HLNT is engaged in a signed Joint Venture Agreement with Dongfeng.
