Well its time to conduct a search for an attorney specializing in securities fraud and begin taking steps toward legal action.

The forward looking statements clause cannot blanket everything.

I suggest everyone do research and post potential candidates on this forum.

I will contact my family attorney and see if I can find local representation.

Ron has had plenty of time to respond to emails, overcome any health issues, create a succession plan if he is unable to overcome those health issues, and move forward.

No news is a rope a dope tactic. Letting time ebb away, maybe people begin to lose interest or write off losses.
