This is good news which I just read on ICell.

This was one of the concerns I expressed yesterday in one of my postings, i.e., Aronson ammending it's litigation based on the SEC investigation which, today, was denied by the judge.
So, the Aronson case will proceed as planned, which hopefully means some closure soon.
