** 1,360,607,847 shares sold.** And for what? Their one store is 3 1/2 months behind schedule and they've given assorted FREE wine & cheese parties. That one store is in the basement of a troubled mall with a very high vacancy rate. The Renaissance Hotel location is abandoned and it seems any sales were of French wines, not California wines.

Thats ~~ ONE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SIXTY MILLIONS shares!!
