Questionable Promotion — The security is being promoted to the public, but adequate current information about the issuer has not been made available to the public.

IMVHO

IT was perfectly fine today and friday until just recent and I assume its b/c of volume.. but the thing is how many ppl got promo emails :)
NO ONE just otc being the OTC pos it is.
