Paul, I've been a shareholder for many years and I believed in your Company. Now over 3 years I'm starting to come to a conclusion that your Company is not legit. Can you please prove me wrong because the message boards are infuriated with your Companies Management, Audit's, and vague PR's. The recent fiasco with your Auditor's leaves me to believe that IFSL is not up and up with there shareholders. We as investors believe that IFSL should show their financials so the investors can see how the Company is doing. Since IFSL was listed on OTCBB and SEC requires financials to be reported, we as investors are reporting complaints to the SEC. It's very sad that IFSL has let down all the investor that believed in the success of IFSL. My regrets
William, like any company, we are not immune to changes in market conditions, personnel or other adverse business conditions. The unexpected delays in our audits were enormous and impactful and as always, we take the long view of what is best for the company and its shareholders. Unfortunately, that is not always appreciated, understandably, by present shareholders who want a quicker return on their investment.
Nonetheless, as a group we discuss each and every move and do our very best to manage these difficult situations and to preserve every opportunity for the company and its long term investors. I realize that this is not the answer that many want to hear. Investors are always open to 'reporting complaints to the SEC' but respectfully, a company not filing their financials on time - whether its within their control or otherwise- is not untypical and there is a process of demotion to the pink sheets for this failure to report. There are also very compelling reasons to NOT be a fully reporting company and to apply the savings that comes from being non-fully reporting to business development.
