Has anyone checked out TACair locations lately? Tactical Air Support Incorporated seems to be all over the place, NV, MD, and CA.

I'm pretty sure they are all the same company and share the checker flag logo on the TACair website: TACair Home Page

Support of unmanned air systems in national airspace.

Based in Apple Valley, CA, TacAir is currently providing daily Predator chase support to the California ANG, 196 Reconnaissance Squadron.

TacAir operates a fleet of three Mooney 20E aircraft, all equipped with 200 HP Lycoming IO-360 engines, giving us the climb performance and range of speeds to smoothly integrate with Predator and Reaper operations.
