for those that don't understand all this "code", let me illuminate you.
there is a rumor (iceman email) that someone was selling 750,000 shares out of his 8 million. only person holding 8 million is one of two founders of uspr, jack wagenti. other "code" says jw is no longer privy to insider info, since he is long gone from the board, and burnt a lot of people. rumor has it, on the last run up to .48, he was selling, while telling everyone else to buy. sounds like something his good buddy gapper (posts as rick on other mb) does repeatedly.
since gapper "changed" his mind about the ex-lawyers stealing the company, it would be a logical assumption that he has joined his friend, jw, and is selling, too, after telling everyone it was time to buy. like i said, gapper (rick) has done this repeatedly in the past. on several occasion, admitted to it proudly.
i'm fairly confident that it is jw and his pal gapper selling (even justthefactsmaam confirmed this). and i'm fairly confident that he is no longer privy to insider info, and is selling because he does not know what is happening and is afraid of getting caught with all his shares. another rumor states that jw needs the money to buy more of his other company, aivn.
which leads me to the unknown. WHO IS BUYING USPR? there is an incredible amount of buying/accumulation. large blocks. for example, today one block of close to 350,000 traded. this is not retail. imo, this could be people who actually do know what's going on. which makes me even more confident.
appears scare tactics won't work. appears panic has not set in. only people panicking, appear to be jack and gapper. as one poster put it, thanks jack and gapper for selling shares to me so cheaply.
