I would take this a good sign, or am I wrong?

I noticed the stock is not reacting either way. No jumping

I guess as the other poster just mentioned, there is a chance if this changes or whatnot, we all lose all of our shares and get nothing.

so interesting to say the least as to what to do.

I also see on the patriot coal info site they are having a meeting on the 18th.

thoughts? feedback?
