In my opinion, Kenneth Eade has been able to pull these kinds of shenanigans for many years without getting caught.

But I think this time, the SEC probably has him by the short and curlies. It's about fricken time!

If anything, I hope he gets his license to practive law revoked. And also barred from serving as an officer or director of a public company.

I personally think the sleazeball belongs behind bars, but I doubt that will happen.
