I said that a couple of posts back, like as many have stated I am sure. I wished that this was a forward split, but that of course is just pure fluff and I see that Mr. Costley would not do such an option. If he bought back the stock, retired it, he would find that many more interested investors would come by the masses. A reverse split because of the shareholder/voting structure is an escape from a responsibility to the shareholders themselves. To perform this while catching this company "in the act" is just plain shady. No communication, and no information except from a certain handful makes me speculate on the side of extreme caution due to the CEO's present and past actions. Don't trust a CEO until the goods are delivered and verified and can be cross referenced by multiple sources. Just my thoughts...
