MXBIF 22.69 +.60

Stock looks poised to breakout over its 52wk high of 22.97. EPS of .98 in Q2, and backlog has been growing impressively, up 37% since the start of the year. Company has been shifting its business away from finance and into engineering services to enhance and expand cement factories worldwide.

Looks very cheap on a PE basis, especially in view of the strong growth prospects.
