So the companies that Bordynuik purchased with shareholder monies to make JBI seem "bigger" than it is, and then subsequently ran into the ground, wasn't aggrandizing, but somehow hiring a couple of executives to give some appearance of legitimacy is a good thing? More "window dressing"?

Is it mere coincidence these hires came on the back of just enough funding so the PIPERers have time to cash out with a tidy profit?
