Through its subsidiaries and divisions, the Company offers a range of banking and financial products and services to clients across the United States, as well as in international entrepreneurial markets. It offers commercial banking products and services through its subsidiary, Silicon Valley Bank (the Bank), which is a state-chartered bank.
