Note sure what those 54M shares all about???!!!!

This is the difference between the Outstanding and Float, those are the restricted shares either given to the insiders or NOT but either way they are booked as restricted to be given at any moment to insiders as compensation or recognition or whatever reson . .

The Outstanding will never ever equal the Float unless the company does NOT have pool for restricted shares . . come on guys :)
