Next extremely simple question to ask would be:

Where are the unaccounted remaining 54M shares of the o/s?

pangeatech, if ya seen me in person, I may look stupid, but I'm far from it in reality. I just wanna know where those 54M are?

Are they insider restricted? Are they 144 restricted?

That's not too much to ask for, is it?
