The people who voted no still get their shares.

If you vote NO you get nothing. I have played them because an EC was formed and a settlement which was going to give equity more share of the pie.. IF an EC is not formed here then there is no one looking out for our interest and we will be stuck with 2%.

If an EC is approved the stock will see a jump because then we have someone fighting for us for a greater share then the 2%. If our EC see's the information we have they might be able to work a better % of the new company.

You can not vote No and NOT grant releases and get a piece of the pie.
