There are always red flags especially in penny stocks like TECO is. It's easy to get caught up in everything that might happen and forget what is happening. Everyone here wants to see the PPS go up. I want to see the PPS go up because of sustained production numbers and qualified reservoir estimates. Not because a bunch of "laymen" travel to the site and make unqualified claims.
