I can say it did not move on "news" as "news" was released at the open and PVTA was flat. It started it's climb at 9:45 when WDCO showed up on the bid. "News" wasn't the catalyst (as it usually isn't). It was clearly WDCO appearing. I suggest you do your DD and you will see that "news" has not been the catalyst with PVTA. If WDCO is up again tomorrow, perhaps we see movement. Otherwise, it could be a long day.
