That procedure does NOT provide for the ridiculous volume since the A/S increase. IF the new shares were strictly for the R/M, the volume would have stayed low until after the merger had been completed.

The new shares are probably almost used up; if you recall, almost a BILLION shares recently traded in only two trading days! Therefore, IF the "merger" is to happen, look for either another A/S increase or a reverse split.
