I would argue that what they are doing hardly quaifies as keeping a company going. There are what, 7 people?

And the answer is to keep making money, both on the payroll side and so polis and all the insiders and financiers can keep selling the millions of shares they still have and obtained at bargain basement prices.

Certainly not for the shareholders. If you think there is some great product or series of litigation that is going to jump the PPS you've been drinking the koolaid.
