3 Questions jb1967lbk, you seem to be adamant on thoughts

Can you as an individual, whoever you are, naked short any stock, on any exchange, whenever you choose, that you have been basing your arguement on?

and/Or

Are you a representive of a company like JH Darbie that you are paid to trade, long, short, or even Naked Short?

and/or

Are you representing yourself saying naking shorting is NOT Illegal because you are Not in the United States of America and you are Not affilited with a brokerage or licensed by any brokerage, whether in the USA or outside the USA?
