Rain doesn't stop Obama from pouring attacks on Romney:_'We're going to win'
'He invested in companies that have been called pioneers of outsourcing,' Obama said, rain streaming down his face. 'I don't want pioneers in outsourcing. I want some insourcing. I want to bring companies back.'

President Obama stood in a drenching storm Saturday and guaranteed victory in November - while his campaign poured on the attacks on Mitt Romney’s time in the private sector.
Obama, who was quickly soaked in the downpour that engulfed a Virginia campaign stop, did not let the water douse his fiery rhetoric.
“We’re going to win this election,” Obama said. “Were going to put this country on the right track.”
Obama’s rainy appearance in Glen Allen was one of five events scheduled for a two-day blitz of Virginia, a crucial swing state which the President likely needs to capture to remain in office.
He ripped Romney’s increasingly controversial time leading Bain Capital.
“He invested in companies that have been called pioneers of outsourcing," Obama said, rain streaming down his face. "I don't want pioneers in outsourcing. I want some insourcing. I want to bring companies back."
But Obama left the most withering Bain attacks to his campaign, which released its toughest attack ad yet.
The ad utilizes footage of Romney singing “America the Beautiful” taken from a campaign rally while showing images of foreign countries in which the Republican allegedly outsourced jobs and kept offshore banking accounts.
The ad was the latest in a series of pummeling assaults on what Romney believes is the strength of his candidacy - his business experience. The Obama camp also stepped up its requests to see more of Romney’s tax returns.
Romney has only released two years’ worth of returns, far less than most recent candidates. He has dubbed the Bain attacks “disgusting,” especially when an Obama advisor suggested that Romney lied about when he led Bain - and therefore could face felony charges.
