In my opinion, when TECO drills it's first successful
commercial well in Texas the PPS will show
the excitment on the market.
TECO has to show it can drill and propduce commercial oil
in Texas to be in the MAJOR LEAGUES.
It may hopefully happen. I'll stay long.
