If Sharp's Lawsuit Affects CTDT PPS Monday like it did to AMWI on December 8, where do you turn to complain about a fluff PR that tanks the stock and what is the motive of Sharp/Helischauer for this?

AMWI recovered to $0.53 a few days later but by then, Christmas was less than 2 weeks away.

Mr. Sharp's press release contains numerous misstatements of facts attributed directly to Mr. Sharp to include where the Company is located, the nature of the ownership of the Company, alleged relationships to others and a defamatory assertion that the Company is not successful.

Furthermore, his name is George Helischauer, not George Sharp. He changed his name legally in 1997. Now ask yourself why.

It will be interesting to see how many people attempt to subpoena his computers and records and finally determine just how many aliases he has on investorshub.com and all of the other message boards. Were taking bets on how soon till Mr. Sharp starts deleting his Internet profiles to cover his tracks. The next big blow will come when his attorney, Mr. David Harter realizes that their decade long partnership is not worth him losing his law license over and the thought of him facing possible jail time, it won't be worth it. This 50-50 partnership (which like everything else, has also never been disclosed) worked great when Mr. Sharp was doing the suing and money was coming into his Trust account from extorted individuals and companies but now that Mr. Sharp is on the receiving end of what looks to be several civil and criminal legal battles, Mr. Harter will be smart and cut his losses as he knows, the Government has unlimited resources to fight and in the end, they will not lose the war.

With all of the companies Mr. Sharp has profiled on his site, it is only a matter of time before all of the companies he has maliciously harmed take similar legal action against him. Now that a pattern for extortion has been established, a criminal RICO complaint with the California US Attorneys’ Office in Los Angeles will not be far behind. Sharp has constantly berated Pinksheet and OTC listed companies claiming to have been a shareholder and filing against them as Clipper Corporate Partners.

It only goes into question as to what is the motive here?

To short CTDT and profit? Doubtful since there was only 3,708,204 short volume on CTDT yesterday according to http://www.otcshortreport.com/

Or is it that he has such a bug up his #2Flusher that he wants to either a) put an end to the CTDT run like what happened to AMWI, which APS turned around 2 weeks later to start NSRS, or b) screw everyone who has been trading CTDT and held through the weekend?

He's been quiet until now which seems, imho, that this is more likely to be b) than it is a).
