Ski, typical short response, mix fact with fiction and deny that ANYTHING positive is happening. Lets address every one of your points shall we.

1. Carter worth listed it as a buy. Frankly I dont care if it was technical or fundamental reasons. And by the way, the GUY IS A TECHNICAL ANALYST. Duh. Plenty of technicians see CIGX currently as a buy. That means MOMO traders are watching. Any reasonable breach of $5 and watch out, they will pile on. Oh by the way Carter is the second highest ranked technical analyst on Wall Street according to institutional investor's 2011 analyst survey. Seems a lot will be interested in what he has to say.

2. "Celebrity endorsements do not mean much." Really? Tell that to Nike, or GM or Pepsi or McDonalds or ANY COMPANY. Just because you chose one scam situation with celebrity endorsements does not mean that Stars choice of Fred Couples is worth nothing. Nice way of connecting one fact (the bracelet scam) to another Fact (Fred Couples endorsement) to create a similarity that does not exist.

3. Hearsay. Truth is nobody knows the full extent of GNC sales yet, but we will in August. What we DO know is that GNC has repeatedly stated that Anatabloc is one of their most successful launches ever. Fact. Your "research" into GNC store visits is just nothing but your experience. Just like Johns. Seeing as how GNC is backing Johns statement I will lean towards his research thanks.

4. "You have absolutely no proof of points 8,10,11,12, and 14.'
Well lets Start. APPARENTLY YOU ARE NOT DOING RESEARCH AND YOUR POSTS CANT BE TRUSTED BECAUSE #8 IS A FACT. The TV commercial is coming.

Point 10, Star has already had peer reviews done. Its competely reasonable to assume more are coming considering the research already done. Point 11,12 First John said POSSIBLE not fact. But again, its completely reasonable to assume that this will occur sometime when you fact in the GNC about strong sales. Also the company has stated in meetings that sales in Europe have been strong. Point 14 yep no proof, again only its certainly possible. Carter worth did initiate a buy, so are you saying its impossible for others to follow suit?

5. Completely agree, sales do not justify the PPS currently. But what does is the potential worth of both a possible settlement and the potential product sales in Anatabloc? There is PLENTY of research to back the notion that reduction in nfkb has potential as a benefit for a lot of conditions. Perhaps you have not researched this. Johns Hopkins is certainly interested, have you noticed? I think I will take their interest in the product over your doubts on the products efficacy. Also MANY bio tech firms with potential sell at large multiples - just the way it is, again they are FORWARD looking. Yes, the human trial research has not been completed and released yet from Star, but does that mean that we do not put any stock in the potential of the product? There are countless testimonials from those already using the product, Johns Hopkins is very interested, promising data outside human trial has already been released AND PEER REVIEWED in the case of the Alzheimers Mouse study, and other data has been released from other firms as to the benefits of nfkb inhibition. Its speculative, get over it, so are a lot of investments, treat it accordingly. I for one have also seen great benefits from the product and believe it is worth investing now while we wait for the the full extent of the research to back this.

6. This is my favorite quote "I like how you conveniently leave out that Reynolds keeps beating Star in court. " SO RJR has kicked Star around so much that as it currently stands the LAST LINE OF DEFENSE RJR HAS FOR PATENT VALIDITY IS THE SUPREME COURT??? Are you kidding? Yes they lost Star 1 infringement, but the patents were not yet validated. NOW they are. This means new evidence for Star 2 that Judge Garbis would not allow in Star 1. And by the way, if RJR has nothing to worry about why are they even bothering to try and invalidate? And why did they mention the word Monopoly in the same breath as Star in their writ to the Supreme Court? Must be because they keep winning so much.

7. Actually its your point makes no sense here. You dont think with all the technical traders following and interested in the stock that they wont jump on for the ride? You dont think they wont enjoy a nice squeeze? The latest interest was BEFORE the recent push on June 18 - its backwards looking! You think there wasnt covering going on that day? Yep more probably went short at $5 but so what. They arent going to cover if it breaches $5 on a close? They wont worry about covering before the upcoming settlement discussions Aug 21-22?

8. Old news. Old life. Yep worthy of attention and research but there is no way Anatabloc is a scam pulling the wool over everyones eyes. It works for me and many many others. Again its being studied by both Roskamp and Johns Hopkins. And this statement "They are known to issue press releases full of sound and fury yet signifying nothing. " is PURE 100% OPINION. If anything Star does not release enough PR's lately so sorry, no dice.

Take your song and dance elsewhere. Star IS a speculative investment, it should be treated as such, and anyone who does not realize that is foolish. But your post is even more so because you deny that anything positive is happening at all. There is HUGE potential here and certainly things are moving forward in 2012. No this is not the Star of yesterday - a company with zero revenue, unsuccessful products with little market. Investing is all about looking forward - those that look back lose or lose out. Anatabloc has real potential and the sales are growing strongly. They have a strong celebrity endorsement from Fred Couples and they have backing from prestigious independent health research facilities. AND YES, the last line of defense for RJR to invalidate the patents is the SUPREME COURT. 1% chance at best. Wow, Star really got their butts kicked huh.
