obviously we are only seeing what is being done above the table. If we had a partner that would be a material event. You don't get awarded significant blocks on handshake deals. We don't have the money to do any of the exploration. So they must have someone lined up with promises etc but nothing in writing. There is a lot of secret dealings going on. We will just have to wait (that sounds familiar) to see how it plays out.
