No I don't have to agree with what I don't consider a valid criticism of ERHC.

Kept in the dark? About what?

We just had a tremendously positive announcement on the new Kenya acquisition. That is not being kept in the dark.

Does one expect the full drilling plan when the ink is still drying on the PSC?

Before that we had the announcement on the end of the SEC/DOJ action with full clearance. That is not being kept in the dark.

We know that there is nothing yet to announce on the JDZ as we are awaiting the JDA to make a decision on whatever was proposed.

I too would like daily updates on each and every move including everything pending and being negotiated, also what each staff member has for lunch, but public companies don't work that way.

They announce things when there are material changes, they announce broad strategies and plans, that is the way it works.

ERHC is careful not to give pep-talks on things speculative and not yet certain. Some companies do this, and it is often very misleading when things don't pan out.

I'm glad that ERHC has learned to avoid this and announce things once they are in the bag. I like good surprises, especially ones like adding a huge exploration block in the highly prospective Kenya.

Four days after a major news release and we are being "kept in the dark"???? Seriously?
