Corporate directors have a special fiduciary duty to their shareholders. They are accountable not only for the safekeeping of assets but also for their efficient and effective use. Directors may not profit personally at the expense of, or contrary to, the corporation's shareholders. In other words, corporate directors must place the interests of shareholders above their own interests.

Now...if Jeff is somehow keeping the price at this level & buying personal shares with his money (as opposed to using company money)...then he benefits from this artificially depressed price...not the shareholder...period. Personally...I DO NOT think he is...I was only addressing the theory that some have put out here.

A very well orchestrated plan and the only way we can get out of the pinkies. Whoever posted earlier that it was wrong for him to do that to his shareholders is dead wrong. HELLO...It is the only way for us to get our of the pinkies and will benefit all shareholders. I repeat...It is the only way!!
