ORDER GRANTING QUASAR AEROSPACE INDUSTRIES, INC.’S
MOTION TO CLARIFY

This cause came before the Court on November 30, 2011, on Plaintiff Quasar Aerospace Industries, Inc.’s (“Quasar”) Motion to Clarify. The Court having heard argument of counsel, after taking evidence and have considered the motion and being fully advised in the premises, it is ORDERED:
1. Quasar requested in its Motion to Clarify that the Court authorize and permit the current Officers and Directors of Quasar to conduct all corporation actions on behalf of Quasar until further order of the Court.
2. The Officers of Quasar authorized to act on behalf of Quasar and conduct all corporate actions are Joseph C. Canouse as CEO/President; Donnell J. Vigil as Corporate Secretary;
3. The Directors of Quasar authorized to act on behalf of Quasar and conduct all corporate actions are Joseph C. Canouse; Donnell J. Vigil; William Cirmo; Scott Martin; and James Ray.

4. Jeffrey DiGenova (“Defendant”) is immediately prohibited from conducting any corporate actions on behalf of Quasar pursuant to an Order entered on June 20, 2011. The Order was based on hearings that occurred on May 26, 2011 and June 7, 2011.
5. Various vendors, creditors and organizations shall acknowledge Quasar’s current Officers and Directors authority to conduct corporation actions on behalf of Quasar without restriction unless previously limited by Court order.
6. Dean Bradley is currently not recognized as an Officer or Director of Quasar and is not authorized to perform corporate actions on behalf of Quasar.
7. All prior Orders of the Court remain in full force and effect.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers, Jacksonville, Duval County, Florida, this 30th day of November, 2011.
