As everybody knows by now, Solomon has his plan and he will dilute 10-15% (I personally think it will be more at the end of the year) in 2012 and also 2013. That's what he said and I'm quite sure he won't change his plans suddenly just because the share price is at 30 cents now instead of 60 cents where he diluted the last time we know about. I guess that's what Andrew meant. Solomon is pretty clear about this.
