Let's say SIAF is trading at 60 cents. You can buy 100,000 shares off the market for $60,000. Or you can loan SIAF $60,000 in return for X shares that are restricted for 6 months.

Some have argued that X = 100,000. But why would anyone do that? IMO, X = roughly 200,000 in that scenario.
