Shareholder Update - July 13th 2012
Greetings Shareholders,
Foremost, thank you all again for your continued support... We are happy to update you all with some positive news, through our continued negotiations with equity and debt holders we believe that agreeable terms have been met between two parties to retire a major long-term liability in the company, details will be discussed further in an upcoming press release.
In addition to the relief of over $246,000 in company debt, we will be announcing the first permanent member of our management team. This individual has been appointed to take office on the 15th of July by our Board of Directors and will be reporting on the success of the debenture portfolio that we recently acquired.
We have received many inquiries (which we always enjoy getting, whether questions, commendations, or complaints) about the Florida Secretary of State filing that is past due, the delay in this occurred because we have been awaiting the appointment of our permanent management so as to save the company in filing and administrative fees.
Sebastian has made great advances and we're happy to have you on board as a stake holder in out interest. 2012 will prove to be the year of the come back for SBRH and we are all extraordinarily excited about the developments occurring every day!
