Concerning nasdaq plan, we have good rev. with some losses, good track record, we meet quals. Except 1, must have reserve of product to fulfill ALL contracts , don’t necessarily need a r/s… if we continue current path
1 acquisition at a time… YES, we will go to Nasdaq, building to get to 4-5$ required stock price.
Get paid in stock.
Have not sold any stock in a while, but can sell 1% of their stock every 90 days, but must make public.
Believe stock one day to go to 7-10$

Acquisitions to come are getting bigger w/bigger companies.

CHILL:

Dtc put chill on about 1500 companies last year. Went on to explain how dtc works…
Mr. Guest got letter about a month ago from dtc asking for required info. Have NOT heard from dtc yet.
